Located in Albert Road Reserve, this parklet has been designed to replace the lost public amenity during the Metro construction for the local residents, traders and workers. The parklet is a series of planter boxes dividing up and creating a range of spaces for relaxation, contemplation, catching up with friends or escaping the surrounding street. The planters have a collection of eatable and fragrant plants with a focus on attracting bees, to assist the small scale apiaries in the local area. All elements are designed to be relocatable and reusable in a range of configurations and locations, dealing with topography, scale of space and environments.
