Broadmeadows Metropolitan Activity Centre (MAC) and it’s Hume Central Precinct, has undergone significant transformation in the last eighteen years with investment funded by both Hume City Council and the Victorian State Government. ‘Hume Central The Vision’ was adopted by Council in 2014 and is the strategy for development of the precinct. Enlocus were engaged by Hume City Council to deliver high-quality, innovative and dynamic space with bespoke flexible seating configurations on Tanderrum Way, designed to enhance and revitalise the civic plaza as a vibrant and interesting destination. The project aims to build on a legacy of award-winning architecture and landscape architecture in the area, contributing to urban renewal of Hume Central, in addition to creating a gateway statement which integrates with Civic Way and draws users to Hume Central from the north.
