The Arts Link extends the preliminary concept of a light box, introduces motion and distorts perspective. As with horizons in the urban landscape, we are drawing people into spaces which would otherwise be absent.
“The design approach to improving the Moorabbin station surrounds is firstly focused on crime prevention and aims to make the station a safe and welcoming place. The station precinct incorporates opportunities for public art, linking the public realm with the activities of Kingston City Hall and the arts centre.”
