Enlocus, together with NAAU and Stafford Strategy, were engaged by Swan Hill Rural City Council to prepare design feasibility assessment and key stakeholder engagement assessment for a new community building incorporating the Swan Hill Regional Gallery, Swan Hill Visitor Information Centre, Pioneer Settlement Entry and Aboriginal Cultural Centre. The project consolidates these various activities, and will act as an anchor for the Swan Hill Visitor and riverbank precinct. The design of the project seeks to celebrate both the natural environment of the site and make visible local stories and the sense of place.
